I worked in service center as a technician and customer service advisor for over 18 years. There is a unique thrill to be had when you have taken an upset or angry customer and turned the situation around to make them happy. 

But how do you sleep at night when you are forced to rip people off to make a pay check?

The service center I was working at were changing and going in a direction that I felt was unethical. I needed a change.

I started to think….I could do this better. I could help people and fix their cars honestly and still make a decent living. I started getting more serious about opening a location. It was much tougher than I ever imagined. Finally on October 1st 2019, Logic Automotive Inc opened its doors in Brookfield IL. We opened “gas station garage” because it was located next to the gas station. Since then we moved on to our current location 9428 Ogden Ave., Brookfield, IL 60513 

I earned an Associate's Degree in Electronics Systems from Moraine Valley Community College before attending Southern Illinois University and achieving bachelor’s degree in Electronics Systems Technology. 

Currently I hold A1-A8 all passenger car (ASE) Automotive Service Excellence certifications, Master Auto Technician and L1 Advanced Level Specialist certifications (The highest level you can attain in passenger vehicles) Also a Bosch Service Master Technician.
